I started as a dishwasher in Atlanta, GA and ended up a Chef in Longmont, CO.  Eating my way through other countries and different kitchens. Find out more about the tasty and flavor filled road I traveled to get here!

As easy as can be....I strive to create a client specific experience in everything I do.  I can walk you through the easy steps to creating your perfect experience.  No two menus are the same and no two events alike!. 

With happy customers  all up and down the I-70 Corridor, I provide great food and service to a variety of locations.   Based on the Front Range, however, always up for a little bit of traveling to provide for my guests!

I created GB Culinary Concepts to provide my community with the fresh, tasty, and creative version of the culinary world that is my passion.  I strive to create personalized experiences specific to the guest and every detail accounted for.  Whether it be an intimate dinner,  an hors d'oeuvres party for 20, a farm wedding with BBQ and mason jars, or a full culinary consultation, my goal is to surpass your every expectation.  I have a love for local, seasonal, and farm fresh ingredients, so with every dish I make, I strive to put the ingredients first and wow the palate.   From the planning stages to the final plate, there is nothing out of reach for my guests.  It is with this philosophy that I promise to provide you with your own personalized "Exceptional Occasion".
